Spring Hill is a city situated about 40 minutes north of Tampa, Florida on the Nature Coast. The population is approximately 95,000 and it was founded in 1962 as a master planned community. Although it has spread in recent years “Spring Hill” has come to be referred to as the area between US-19 and Spring Hill Drive on the south side up to State Road 50 on the north side. To the west of Spring Hill is Hernando Beach and to the east is Brooksville.

It is very easy to access Spring Hill via the Suncoast Parkway toll road running south to Tampa. After being built in 2001 the road allowed more young professionals to make the daily commute to the Tampa Bay Area.
